Organizations and Forces Loyal to Inquisitor Lord Drakur Redragon
Inquisitors
Two particular inquisitors are noteworthy for their loyalty to Drakur and their participation in the greatest number of campaigns by his side. Inquisitor Mantrioc hails from the Ordo Hereticus and serves Drakur in his conflict with psykers as well as preventing the rot from within. Inquisitor Grimnir Blackvein hails from the Ordo Xenos and is instrumental to the maintenance of relationships that Drakur has with several xeno races.
Officio Assassinorum
Operatives Emily of Callidus, Katheryne of Culexus, Marcus of Vindicaire, and Thardon of Eversor Temples have been requisitioned by Drakur. During the initial confrontation on Auretia, Drakur had them declared dead. Now, the 4 of them operate as a personal assassin retinue, taking the field without requiring the direct sanction of the High Lords of Terra anymore.
Emperor's Avengers
The Emperor's Avengers are a successor chapter to the Ultramarines. Their fortress world was overrun by Tyranids, forcing them to take to their Battle Cruiser, the
Angel of Vengeance, and become a mobile chapter. Raguel, their Chapter Master, was contacted prior to the Liberation of Auretia and offered a chance to find a new homeworld upon which to build their fortress. They graciously accepted.
Angelus Mortis
The Angelus Mortis are a successor chapter to the Blood Angels Their fortress world was also overrun by the same Hive Fleet that took the Emperor's Avengers homeworld as well. They received the same message from the Inquisitor Lord and took part in the initial battles of the Liberation of Auretia campaign, securing themselves a homeworld as well.
Auretia's Final Stand
While they have technically been absorbed into the Auretian First Company, many of the members have altered their company badge to include a stylized "F" on it. These soldiers were present during what they thought would be their final confrontation against the forces of Chaos. It was during this historic battle that Commander Varyron of the Auretians led his forces against the enemy with no hope of victory, only to be rescued from a certain death fate by the combined might of the Emperor's Finest in the first battle of the Liberation Campaign.
Auretian First Company
The Auretian First Company was drafted from those in hiding as well as colonists sent to live on the newly liberated planet of Auretia. With the Forges of Auretia burning again, the First Company enjoy a much higher quantity of armor than can usually be requisitioned from the Mechanicum.
Order of the Eldest Heart
Shortly after Drakur liberated Auretia, he requested an order of the church find its way there. He knew that it would be trying for those that were under the yoke of Chaos, and he wanted to be sure that the loyalty of the Emperor was instilled in the newly liberated peoples. The church happily agreed and had a new order of Adepta Sororitas set up was well to help defend it.
The 9th Brotherhood of Auretia
As soon as Auretia was liberated, a small fleet arrived. Drakur was informed that a new brotherhood of Grey Knights was formed and would be taking residence on a nearby moon. Drakur accepted the help, knowing full well the power of daemons and the likelihood of their arrival in Auretia as Drakur stirred up more trouble. Though smaller than the other Brotherhoods, the 9th would nonetheless be a force of reckoning in the newly liberated sector.
The Xeno Forces
Waaagh Skullcrusha
Da Warboss Skullcrusha started riling orks into a Waaagh on a planet near Auretia. Drakur, at the guidance of Grimnir, put down the attack but left the Warboss alive. Utilizing several psychic boons, Drakur augmented his own strength and defeated Skullcrusha in single combat. He left the warboss alive and offered him all the battle that he could live for, so long as it was in service to him and the Emperor. Skullcrusha agreed, cementing his people's survival and allowing him to rage across the galaxy, so long as it was as Drakur directed.
